How to Install the Cable Tower of Small Wind Turbine Correctly?

Small wind turbines installed if you don't pay attention to the installation details, will seriously affect the use of wind turbines in the future, increase the maintenance cost, shorten service life. The following seven aspects should be paid attention to during installation:

1. Tower foundation level, can be used to measure the actual level, the tower must be vertical after installation.

2. The fan using the pull-lock tower should pay attention to the winding way of the pull-wire. It must be grounded after winding the tower for one week.

3. Do not install it when the wind is too strong.

4. The output lines (3 pieces) of the wind generator should be connected in parallel during the installation process to prevent the operation of the wind generator during the installation process.

5. After the fan is installed, connect the controller to the battery and then to the wind generator to prevent the controller from being damaged by excessive current.

6. Inverter connection mode: The inverter should lead the connection line from the battery terminal, rather than directly connect to the battery and controller line, to avoid burning the inverter.

7. Use electricity for the first time when the controller shows that the battery is full to avoid damage caused by the battery deficit.
